1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SunCity Online (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SunCity Online. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
  • One person may not hold more than one account

4. Virtual Currency and In-Game Purchases

SunCity Online may offer virtual currency (SunCoins) and in-game items for purchase. Please note:

  • Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value
  • Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual currency at any time
  • Virtual currency may not be exchanged for real money or transferred between accounts

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other players
  • Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate usernames or content
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Game
  • Sell or trade in-game items or currency for real money outside the Game

6. Intellectual Property

All content in SunCity Online, including graphics, music, code, and game design, is the property of KYRYLO FITENKO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any game content without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Game ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any loss of data or in-game progress due to technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYRYLO FITENKO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kraków, Poland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via in-game notice or email.
